  • How can I contact you?

  • How long does the shipping take?
    Once we receive your order, we need 2-3 business days to prepare your products for shipment. We will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link when your package has left our warehouse.
  • How much are the shipping charges?

  • Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?

  • What is the meaning of your organic PGS certificate?
    PGS is an organic verification system. The Good Market Organic PGS is based on the organic standards of the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM), more here.
  • Why are spices lumping?
    We deliberately produce our spices without any additives or flow aids. The jar only contains what is written on it! Unfortunately, it can rarely happen that our spices form lumps after being opened. It just means that some moisture must have come in, so try to close the lid regularly and avoid using wet fingers or spoons.
