Once we receive your order, we need 2-5 business days to prepare your products for shipment. We will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link when your package has left our warehouse.

Return & Exchange Policy
Return Conditions
You can return unopened items within 14 days free of charge. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the return. After reviewing the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded - according to the payment method you have chosen. The processing and refund can take up to 7 days.
