At Amuura Beach House we care for both quality and taste. With a daily changing set menu we ensure fresh and high quality local ingredients. In our Permaculture Garden we plant a growing variety of vegetables, herbs, fruits and spices, that we use for cooking whenever available. Our hens provide us with fresh eggs. We are very conscious about nutrition and we provide our guests with a delicious and healthy variety of meals.
We serve a healthy breakfast that always comes along with a variety of fresh fruit, homemade jams and the Sri Lankan "Coconut Sambol". It is included in the room rate.
Lunch and dinner is also available but not included in the room rate. We usually make Sri Lankan Rice and Curry for lunch and a Sri Lankan - International mix for dinner, that often includes fresh seafood from the local market down the road.
For the sweets, we have Carlotta, who will spoil you with the most delicious homemade cakes.
